A reputable Company in the Real Estate/Facilities Management industry is looking to hire a competent Facility Manager that will be able to manage multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

·         Oversee vendor contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, technology, maintenance etc.

·         Supervise staff in duties including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained. Manage operational budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in allocation and management.

·         Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

·         Coordinate repairs and monitor equipment performance.

·         Handle certain administrative tasks, such as preparing reports for facility owners as well as for internal purpose

·         Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility

·         Management of overall services provided within the facility



REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field

·         At least  four (4) years’ experience in Facilities Management position or related fields

·         Readiness to work on weekends

·         May be required to travel outside Lagos
