Chimananda Adichie is mad that Hillary Clinton describes herself in her Twitter bio as "wife".
To Chimananda, "wife" is somewhat a pejorative term demeaning of a woman. Feminism used to be about advancing the cause of women, promoting equality and fair treatment but sadly, it has been hijacked by some doddery mentally languid folks and have morphed into female rascality and utopian idealism.
You want to be married to a man but you consider being addressed as a "wife" condescending?
By the way, Chimananda is teaching Hillary about how to be a free woman? Nigerians play too much.
