Just a few questions/observations though. Firstly, could you be a bit clearer with your request? Are you asking everyone that has items in yours and Daaz's shipment to pay N1,000 ahead of its clearance? For what dates exactly? I believe there are now 2 outstanding shipments. Is the payment for everyone with items on both shipments or just the first?
Secondly, this seems to be happening a lot more frequently to your shipments. What exactly is the problem? Are your goods larger than the normal consignment or are you carrying stuff outside the ordinary?

I believe there are now 2 outstanding shipments. Is the payment for everyone with items on both shipments or just the first? I only have one outstanding shipment which is July 13. The others are still within the ETA.

1. Shipment is Every Friday and EDD is 5 to 10 business days if no problems with weather/customs/airline(Copied from Frontpage)
