Unfortunately today is a nation wide sanitation. Meaning no store or anyone works until 2PM.

EVERYONE is busy cleaning.

They speak French and English but most are fluent with French. You will have to listen carefully and ask several times before you can understand anyone and it's the same with you speaking.

For your best buffet in Kigali, go to Des Miles Collins hotel every Sunday. There is a life band and it is just 15,000RwF.
Go to Afrika Repub if you really want to have varieties of food that is close to Nigerian food.

Thanks but I'm not of "monolithic sense " of feeding. Not really much to do here

Kigali is very small. There are the poor parts with insecurities and the outskirts where the genocide mostly took place.

Every first Sunday of the month is a "sports day". Car free day and people walk to work.

Big eyes.
Small head.
