If only Yar Adua and Atiku were also denied entry visas maybe they may be interested in revamping our health care system rather than pocketing the money. Why did Alams not build a world class hospital in Bayelsa?

I wish ALAM well, but what goes around also comes around.

Only if he had spent some of this loot on building well equipped hospitals in Bayelsa, may be we wouldn't be talking about shipping him to United States for medical purpose.

Little kids should learn lesson from these incredible Nigerian leaders

Why should the Us. give infidels and corrupt bastards visas. The only visa to a destination close to America that Atiku will ever get is to Guantanamo Bay Prison

Evil that men did, used to live after them.
But these days, Evil that men do LIVE with them.

His precedence has created an "image" for him.
He jumped bail in Britain, Americans are scared he might do same in God's own country.

Sad YarAdua & Atiku were not also denied, we'd have been thinking of strengthening our own healthcare facilities too.

What goes around definitely comes around.

What is National Hospital Abuja there for? Is it only answering big name and over-billing patients?

Hope out-going & in-coming politicians have learnt from this, because a time will definitely come when people will regard the families of "corrupt" individuals with scorn.

Good luck to Alams.

This is typical of the WEST:

when you dont have Big Money or Big power, you denied access!

why should a sick man not get medical treatment??

More so, he has not being found guilty of any offence by any court in the world.

Since when did it become the responsibility of the "west" to give medical treatment to a Nigerian big man? Since when did they lose the right to deny anyone entry to their country, especially one with a past criminal record?

where is the court judgement for this?

It is against Human Right to deny anyone of medical attention they need, where-ever such is available in the world!

The west encourages bad leadership in Africa!!  If ALam was still in power would they have denied him visa?

Didn't same West took Abacha money at JPMorgan NY,  we can't they reject it

UK still keeping abacha's $1.3billion, if you dont know.

They want Alam dead so they can keep all other loots in stashed with them!

It seems you forget that every nation is basically acting in the best interest of their citizens. Why should they reject Abacha's loot if they know it will boost their own economy? Did they force the money into JPMorgan Chase bank at gun point?

This to me serve MR ALAM right, he jump bail in London that alone pronounce him guilty, the DOG does not run without anyone chasing it

American government does not want to be embarrassed by ALAM like the british government. Why would Alams want to go abroad for medical treatment?? I think he should be taken to BAyelsa to enjoy the medical facilities his administration has provided for the people of Bayelsa>

are u not aware that it is a criminal offence to jump bail? or do u think that alams is above the british law?

the american govt also is not obliged to offer anyone not on their soil access to medical care.

lastly, what has alams stealing his state blind and putting it in his personal account in JPmorgan got to do with the amrican immigration service? i wonder where u got ur ideas from.
