Firstly download your forms, convert it to PDF, then print. If you do without converting it, it is only the first page it will print. How to download and convert your forms, go back to the thread and see where I explain it.

The error was made from account creation. Do not submit that one. Just jettison it, create another account with new email and start all over. It will work this time around. That was what i did.

For PRISON SERVICE, make you UPLOAD ALL the REQUIRED documents including your medical certificate of fitness.If you do that,PREVIEW/SUBMIT button will be active. You will see them by the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

FOR FIRE SERVICE, fill all the sections and upload your passport photograph which should not be more than 10kb.You will see SUBMIT by the left,click on it.It will allow you to PREVIEW/SUBMIT .
