Ever since i was young, when i meet with strangers and talk to them my hands shake sometimes it will be very obvious and my voice shakes too, this happens generally and more intense when it a lady am talking to. Just last week i was registering for pvc and about to start tumb printing my two hands started shaking. Many atimes i can't even face a group of people to speak because my voice and hands are going to fail me. Please i really need help, am beginning to get frustrated.
