Good afternoon my people, my name is Temi I’m new on nairaland. Some money came in for me and later realized I need to upgrade my account before I can receive amount more than #100k. A message was sent to me and I went there with nepa bill and international passport. They didn’t upgrade my account still and they told me to go nimc for new national identity card which I did and went back after 2 weeks for the copy which contains NIN. This is where the problem lies..... from nimc they said the have internal error and I should come back after 3months. This is my question....can’t international passport be used to upgrade to tier 3account? Help me o my ogas abeg
