On may, 1 which is F8 (pronounced “eff eight”), is the Facebook’s annual developer conference where Instagram announced some impressive features coming to the platform which the most exciting among them is the Video chat.

Now Instagram users can now connect with their friends by tapping the video icon on the top message thread. You can connect with an individual or a small group of friends which is about four in number per video conversation.

Apart from video chat Instagram also introduced other features on the platform and among them is Spotify integration which brings song stickers that link to the full song in Spotify so that your viewers can enjoy your current songs, Playlist or album and you can also post to stories or send an Instagram DM with a song.

Another feature is AR effects that you can use to filter your face or an environment.
