When will Nigerian media be careful in their broadcasting? The APC national "secretary" was addressed as a "secretariat".

It could also be correct if the person is not the National Secretary of the party. He could belong to the body of people who constitute the party secretariat. The secretariat is not the building or desk. It is the body of people who constitute it. |
