I know this may sound like a funny question, but I want to know if habib yogurt makes you lose weight.

The thing is, I am a skinny guy, and recently incorporated yoghurt and fura into my diet as I am trying to gain weight. But when I did some research on habib yoghurt, I read somewhere that girls that are trying to lose weight take it as it helps them lose weight. I am confused. Someone help me out.
