Morning everyone.

I need advise from you all.
I am addicted to watching Pornography contents, almost every day, And M@sturbate at the moment. I've tried (many times) to curtail this act, having it in mind that I will never do this again.., but I still find myself in this mess. It's already killing me, I knew it.


I need your Advices on how to get over this and never have the thought again... Please!!

Once a victim. Always stay where people are,don't stay alone, consult a counsellor,always find ur hand busy and finally if u r of age,pls get married

The comment above is cool but while You may be of age, if you don’t have what it takes to be married, don’t try it so you won’t be GIGO of marriage...
