I got tagged in a post about when to use Trainee or Intern. Here is my view; Intern is a temporary employee (student or recent graduate(within 12months)) who is looking for experience in the field before he or she can seek for a job. Trainee is an official employee of an organization who is being trained to do the job he or she was originally hired for(Employee in training).
