I got tagged in a post about when to use Trainee or Intern. Here is my view; Intern is a temporary employee (student or recent graduate(within 12months)) who is looking for experience in the field before he or she can seek for a job. Trainee is an official employee of an organization who is being trained to do the job he or she was originally hired for(Employee in training). Interns are generally unpaid while trainees are generally paid.
