I was part of the participants at the Ibadan edition of the Coca Cola Youth Empowerment programme last month. It was very beneficial, so the moment I came across this write-up online, I though I share. The sky is big enough for everyone.

Nigeria Bottling Company has designed a youth empowerment program tagged “Youth Empowered” to empower 100,000 young Nigerians aged 18-30 with Life and Business Skills.

This diverse and inclusive programme delivered in-person and through online engagement and e-learning, is designed to privide the right fundamental life skills and business skills to support young people to achieve their career ambitions and live a fuller life.

Through NBC’s networks, relationships are leveraged with training providers, community organisations, customers, suppliers and other partners to create a network of groups and organisations who can mentor, assist and provide opportunities to our Youth Empowered participants

Youth Empowered is a 3 days workshop made up of six separate modules. Every training day is divided by alternating an “hard topic” ( Project Management, Business Planning, Financial Literacy ) and a “soft topic” ( Time Management, Negotiation skills and Sales skills )

The program kicked off in October 2017, and has already been held in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano & Ibadan
