Pure scam. Some dudes trying to hoodwink peeps with fancy words low on substance but more on the mone doubling/tripling factor. Waste manning ko! Even getting recycled copper and aluminium is hard enough with substantial equipment, now someone trying to finger ur brain that u can extract silver from waste electronics without any equipment. I heard of it also. Wasn't really convinced so i did some online research, downloaded YouTube videos. Guess you should do same. My major doubt still remains "how marketable are these stuffs after production", and secondly you are going to need more than 10k to start.
