Position: Agency Account Executive / Client Service Manager (Ikeja, Lagos)...........preferably male


Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced agency Account Manager (for immediate employment) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day relationship with the client and assist senior leadership in developing the broader partnership
- Lead projects internally from brief to execution, including writing the brief, collaborating with Creative and managing team workflow
- Recognize potential issues and opportunities proactively and initiate the appropriate responses to help the agency get out in front
- Work with client and agency vendors as needed


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field with good spoken and written english
- Minimum of 2 years of agency, marketing or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions
- Sound decision-making skills based in agency, client, and industry knowledge
- Passion about business and not satisfied with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned client/business
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure
