Arrested?

See tribal marks while it's mutilation like male and female circumcisions is part of some cultures identification process, it's not as denegrading as some of you would have it and think it to be.

If you don't have any problems with the oyinbo man's often lucidrous tattoos you shouldn't be bothered about marks and mutilations all over the world.

It's an identity thing.
If I ask you if would rather be circumcized or not your your response would probably be informed by your beliefs, culture and status etc...

What is beautiful to you is gross to some other.
