The NEWS DIGEST has obtained a Video that shows the
Inspector General of Police, Idris Ibrahim talking without a
speech after a mild embarrassment that occurred with his
prepared speech.

The IGP in a trending video can be seen repeating the word
“transmitting transmission” but in a second video obtained by
the NEWS DIGEST, the IGP could be seen talking without a
speech.

This second video suggests that the earlier circulating one
may not have been doctored.

In the second video which appears to be the concluding part
of the speech, the aide that came to his rescue was not
there ,the IGP was talking without a speech which would
have been unusual for an event of such magnitude.
