How cn u call a recognised profession ORDINARY? that he met a governor and graduates havent. Is been a graduate a profession or jst a mere tertiary training to seek a profession.

Been a graduate isnt an achievement bt a means to achievement. The young man distinguished himself in his profession and u r here comparing him with inexperience young school Graduate.

And i asked u again, is traffic warden meant for illiterates, or u dnt knw most of them too are qualified graduates with some of them having M.SC? So why calling him an ordinary traffic warden?

The officer won the best Traffic warden in Anambra state and was awarded by the state governor, Willie Obiano.

people that wear this uniform made me cough out 5000 naira at Eke awka junction for reason that i beat traffic light that hang on top of electric pole. how can one be looking at top of electric pole when driving in search of traffic light. as i spend 30 minutes with them they stop more than 10 cars are collected undisclosed amounts from occupants of the vehicles. I never see where traffic light stall at hidden side only to point it to motorist after, it look like just for laugh series movie.
