The member representing Edu/Pategi/Moro Federal Constituency of Kwara state in the National Assembly, Hon. Aliyu Ahman-Pategi, has donated food items to his constituents.

The donation, according to him, was done to support the people in this Holy month of Ramadan.

The food items include bags of rice,sugar and milk .

They were received by Mr Thomas Jiyah Audu, Sanusi Oladimeji and Mohammed Nma Haruna, the three party chairmen respevtively, at his residence in Ilorin.

Presenting the items to the representatives of the three local governments, the lawmaker charged the constituents to imbibe the spirit of the holy month, irrespevtive of religious affiliations.

He said the holy month of Ramadan is that of peace, love, forgiveness and generosity adding that they are the basic attributes that keeps relationship.

He urged them to allow the spirit of this "special month" reflect in their conduct, while admonishing them to remember the state and the entire country in prayers.
