Ok so I've been having this issue right from my childhood days. I eat my fingernails all the time everyday that it has become part of me till date. I cant do without it but then I realize I'm not getting any younger and I don't know how to stop this bad habit. I eat my nails even in public like food I eat them till they become so small and I feel relaxed whenever I do this.
Please I want to stop this habit I really need a solution no insults pleasd

Paint your nails everytime with white/nude nail polish.

My best advice to you is live with the addiction,
Stop killing yourself over it, live with it.

If You are truly determined, You'd stop by disciplining yourself


Or...

Rub something very bitter on your fingers, when your feel the bitterness no body go remind you to remove your teeth from your nails
