It is unlikely you make a sub if it is a forward that is red carded. Same reason Germany did not make a sub because it was Klose. But when you red card is in defence or midfield you would be brave or silly not to make a sub to shore up your defence as you are about to be attacked.

Ghana is a better team than Greece. And Australia does not have Cannavaro, Terry, Puyol in defence as some of you tried to use as EXCUSE for our conceding. Yet Ghana could not score Australia, and Greece (the poorest team so far) thumbed us.

I think they should, that is why I find it as a lame criticisms when some of these guys use it as a condemnation tool for one coach and then see nothing wrong if it is another coach.

When some said Amodu is a bad coach and should be sacked because he drew with Mozambique, I reminded them that all the coaches that they wanted to replace him have done worse with stronger team.

One of their favourite references was Scolari. And I had to point out that Scolari took Portugal with Figo, Deco, Christiano, Maniche etc to draw with Leichenstein (a country with population of 38K).
