Great article, and I am for all of the natural remedies such as pomegranates, and spinach in particular. Personally, bananas work for me as well as almonds. In addition to what you put in your mouth, physical exercise is especially helpful. I notice that whenever I exercise regularly, take legal supplements and partake in cardiovascular activities in particular, my erections frequency and firmness dramatically improves.
