IMSUTH DRUMS SUPPORT FOR SAMDADDY.

--INAUGURATES CAMPUS DIVINE MANDATE MOVEMENT.

The students of Imo State Teaching Hospital, Orlu, has backed the guberbatorial ambition of Senator Samuel Anyanwu (SamDaddy).

In a recent leadership seminar, organised by the Student Union Government (SUG) of the Institution, students leaders of the University pledged their unalloyed support to Senator Samuel Anyanwu.

SamDaddy who is the Senator representing Imo East senatorial district is vying for the position of the governor in Imo, with the People's Democratic Party(PDP).

Speaking at the seminar, the Student Union leader, Comrade Jessy Akubude said the decision of the students of the University to endorsed Senator Samuel Anyanwu stems from his impeccable leadership qualities exhibited over the years. Akubude noted the the Senator's elegant exploits at the Senate, even as a first timer, speaks volume of his readiness to represent his constituency elegantly.

Akubude said "The students, after going through the profile of governorship aspirants across all political parties in the State, resolved to identify and support Senator Samuel Anyanwu. His Executive experience as a former Local Government Chairman and legislative knowledge as one of the country’s parliamentarian, coupled with his vision for a better society, which will come to play if he becomes the governor of the State, appealed to our senses."

The SUG president of the citadel of learning, while inaugurating Divine Mandate Campaign Organization, IMSUTH Chapter, charged members to be dutiful and committed to the course that is geared towards the upliftment of the youths in the State.

"We have bought the vision of Senator Samuel Anyanwu's campaign organization. We set it up in the school to bring it nearer to the students and to contribute our quota towards the actualization of the Imo State of our dreams" Akubude averred.
