When the story was raging all over the place that the British Government was requesting for the extradition of Alamieyeseigha to the UK for alleged money laundering, why didn’t Barrister Smooth compose a song in Defence òf Him.

The hand of his party, the APC, was hiding in the dark in the surreptitious bid to have Alamieyeseigha extradited. So the inspiration to compose a song; the love and patriotism to defend Alams was in suspense. It is generally believed that this threat of extradition played a major role in his death.

The fact is that the Amananaowei of Amassoma is right in calling for caution in order not to inflame passion in his community. Barr. Smooth is an APC Chieftain who was appointed as the member representing the Nomadic Education Commission to represent Delta state. He should not hide under the cover of sympathy to demonize Amassoma people who are not from his party.
