it really beats reasonable imaginations what the expectation actually was. But i guess it aint far fetched.
The northerners voted for their own regardless of whoever and how capable he is.
The westerners regarded Gej as an omo Igbo and in their fantasy squabbles with the Igbos,cut their own noses to spite the Igbos and voted against Gej.
As far they were stupidly concerned,a vote against Gej was a vote against the Igbos. That was all,no other reason whatsoever. Funny thing now is,they are banking on same Igbos today to help them kick out buhari.
The middle belt stupidly followed the bandwagon and today do not know what to do and are at the mercy of the head splitting fulanis who are bent on taking over their ancestral lands.

That's how I see it. There is absolutely no reason why Nigerians would vote for a known and certified failure as president.
