A fast-growing indigenous bottled water manufacturing company situated in Ikorodu, Lagos, currently seeks to recruit a Factory Manager.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

 Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
 Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
 Responsibility for product output, product quality and on-time delivery.
 Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
 Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
 Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
 Collect and analyze data to find places of waste
 Commit to plant safety procedures
 Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concept.
 Build strong relationships with the sales teams and participate actively in customer facing activities and meetings.
 Implement, maintain and consistently communicate compelling brand positions and USPs (Unique Selling Point).

Qualification / Experience;
 Minimum of HND in Biochemistry, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology or related courses.
 Three (3) years’ experience in running a Bottled / Sachet Water factory.

