Did you diagnose yourself or was the diagnosis from a doctor?

Can you post a picture of the sores on your gum and answer the following questions

How long have you had them?
Are they painful
Have you had them before and they went away and now reoccurring
How many are there

Describe the symptoms in your throat

Pain?
Difficulty swallowing?
Change in your voice?

Also u'll need to get samples for histology. Treat for Chlamydia and then prepare for surgery and chemo, depending on the staging and hope for the best.

I have always had a deep voice so at this point i can't tell if it got deeper or changed, i just have difficulty swallowing because i feel the presence of a lump, though not yet swollen, No pain whatsoever.

As for the sore it has been for a long time
Seems as though my gum recedes
Almost revealing the roots of my canines
The gum bleeds whenever i brush.

The gum issues may be inflammation and IMHO unconnected to the throat "lump".
The throat issue may a growth and it may not be a cancer.It may be a polyp or other benign growths.Go to an ENT specialist inmediately.
Don't wait for any other symptoms
Don't wait to go and pray and fast for 30 and 60 days as people do .
