She likes colours, I found memories in scent

When she calls my name, I swear I see the shades of perfumes

Her face a hint of a twist of my vision of paradise

When she lean on me, she passed right into my heart

Fearing that I was a mist, She holds unto me tight

And when you look into her heart, her soul carries the imprints of my promises.

My illusions are a perfect reflection of you.

I went back to the darkness to get a light I misplaced there.

You saw the change, the old me in my shadow

My heart is still on flames, burning on ice

I still love what I love and also the things I forgot to remember

Like a familiar stranger always forgetting my name

The shimmers of my voice lost in the future of my past

Deep slept in the forest, woke up in a frozen desert

Close to a dying oasis, my dreams bloom amidst the thorns

Slender like the new moon

Her eyes the dust of a shooting star

A king in my prime,

I left the kingdom just to be a slave

What's a castle without her presence

When she smiled at me, I tasted the silky flavour of her heart

She cast her gaze upon me and here I am still frozen in daydreams

Her name was Ameenah that was all I care to remember

She's shy like the coral pearls

A burst of euphoria with colours.

In her gait you see the galaxies swirl

Her smile the secret, perfection gave to love

Yes she wears beads, and when they jingles the sound like the wishes of my soul.

Her name is Ameenah and that's what I can't forget...
