What The Bible Says About The Qur'an by Abdulgaffar22: 6:48pm On May 31, 2018
It is an indisputable fact that Qur’an came after
the Bible. Therefore, if the Christians sincerely and
truthfully believe in Qur’an as the last and final
word of God sent to the generality of human
being, then they must have no option other than
to accept Islam and become Muslims. But if the
Christians insist that the original author of Qur’an
is not God, then they must compulsorily believe
its author to be a great liar and impersonator
who spoke in the name and identity of God. The
reason is that Qur’an contains many verses which
appear to be coming directly from God’s mouth.
Examples of such verses are as follows;
“O children of Israel! Remember My special favor
which I bestowed upon you, and fulfill your
covenant with Me as I fulfill My covenant with
you, and fear none but Me. And believe in what I
have sent down ( i:e this Qur’an) confirming that
which is with you, and be not the first to reject it,
nor sell My verses for a small price; and fear Me,
and Me alone (Qur’an 2:40-41)”.
And that was Our proof which We gave to
Abraham against his people. We raise whom We
will in degrees. Certainly your Lord is All-Wise,
All-Knowing. And We bestowed upon him Isaac
and Jacob, each of them We guided. And before
him We guided Noah, and among his progeny
David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses and Aaron.
Thus do We reward the good doers. And
Zachariah, and John and Jesus and Elias, all in
the ranks of the righteous. And Ishmael and
Elisha, and Jonah and Lot; each one of them We
preferred above the nations. And also some of
their fathers, and their progeny and their brethren,
We chose them, and We guided them to a straight
path. This is the guidance of God with which He
guides whomsoever He wills of His servants. But
if they had joined in worship others with God, all
their deeds would have been of no benefit to
them. They are whom We gave the book, and
authority and prophet hood…They are those whom
God had guided. So follow their guidance (Qur’an
6:84-90).
O My servants who believe! Certainly, My earth is
spacious. Therefore worship Me and Me alone.
Every soul shall have a taste of death. Then to
Us you shall be brought back (Qur’an 29:56-57).
When My servants ask you concerning Me, I am
indeed close to them. I listen to the prayer of
every suppliant when he called on Me. Therefore,
let them also obey Me and believe in Me, so that
they may be walked in the right way (Qur’an
2:186).
We did not send before you (O Muhammad-pbuh)
any messenger but We inspired him that there is
no God beside Me; therefore worship Me (Qur’an
21:25)
These are just few verses selected randomly from
the pages of the Holy Qur’an. You can see that
almost all of the first person pronouns like “I”,
“My”, “Me”, “Our”, “Us” and “We” in all the verses
of Qur’an quoted above can never be referred
CONTEXTUALLY to any other person except God. Therefore, it is a statement of truth that Qur'an actually speak in the name of God of Israel. Now let see whether all those verses of Qur'an quoted above actually come from God's mouth of Israel or they are the words of a liar that impersonate God of Israel. Let see what the book of deuteronomy have to say about this issue we are discussing.
I will raise up for them a prophet like you
from among their brethren. And I will put my
words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them
all that I command him. And whoever will not
listen to my words that he shall speak in My
name, I Myself will call him into account. But the
prophet who presumes to speak a word in My
name that I have not commanded him to speak,
or who speaks in the name of other gods,THAT
SAME PROPHET SHALL DIE. And if you say in
your heart; How may we know the word that the
Lord has not spoken? When a prophet speaks in
the name of the Lord, if the word does not come
to pass or come true, that is the word the Lord
has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it
presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him
(Deuteronomy 18:18-22). Base on these very
verses, what then can we say about the Qur’an
whose author spoke in the name of the Lord of
Israel as shown in the verses quoted above? Are
we going to accept it as the word of the Lord of
Israel or reject it as the word of a great
impersonator? In the verses of the Deuteronomy
quoted just above, the only acid test put forward
by God to distinguish His actual word from the
word of His impersonator is that the word of such
impersonator would not come to pass or come
true. But Qur’an contains many words of
prophecy which have come to pass and come
true. For example, one of the great prophecies is
that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) will be victorious
over his enemies (Qur’an 58:20-21). Another
prophecy is that Islam will be established and
continue to spread, and the number of Muslims
will continue to grow (Qur’an 24:55, 110:1-2,
48:28). Another prophecy is that Qur’an will be
protected from destruction and corruption (Qur’an
15:9). Another prophecy is that Qur’an will be
made easy for memorization (Qur’an 54:17, 22,
40). Another prophecy is that people will continue
to pay visitation to the house of God in Mecca
(Qur’an 22:26-28, 2:125). All these prophecies are
known to be true. If they were not true, we would
not have a religion known as Islam and we would
not have a book known as Qur’an at this present
time. All these prophecies are general ones known
to all. However, there are some special
miraculous prophecies in the Qur’an that God
bestows upon whomsoever He wills among His
servants. In fact, it happened that I personally
experienced one of these miraculous prophecies;
for whosoever care to believe me. I swear by God
that this incident happened to me many years
before I later discovered that Qur’an specifically
made mention of it in a very clear and definite
terms. As a matter of fact, it was among so many
things that motivated me to write this very write-
up you are holding in your hand. As usual, I was
just reciting the Qur’an on that fateful day. When
I got to a verse which I could not vividly
remember, suddenly, my body began to be
shaking. This act of shaking, which lasted for
almost a minute, was so strong to the extent that
the Qur’an I was holding fell out of my hand.
When this act of shaking stopped, my heart began
to beat faster and all my skin felt cool. It was
after many years, when I was reading the
translated Qur’an that I came across the verse
that read thus; God has sent down the best
statement, a book that its parts resemble each
other in goodness and truth, oft-repeated. The
skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it.
Then their skin and their heart soften to the
remembrance of God. That is the guidance of
God. He guides therewith whom He pleases and
whomever God sends astray, for him there is no
guide (Qur’an 39:23). In fact, I could not believe
my two eyes when I saw this verse. I was so
happy but at the same time, I wanted to be sure
that the word translated as “shiver” in the English
translation of Holy Qur’an actually corresponds to
the original Arabic word. This Arabic word is
“taqsha’irru. So I quickly searched for Arabic-
English dictionary and I later discover that the
word can be translated as “shake or shiver or
tremble or quake”. This is how that very incident
strengthens my faith in Holy Qur’an as the word
of God. My faith still increases further when I
came across another verse which says; We will
show them Our signs in the universe, and in their
own selves, until it becomes manifest to them
that this Qur’an is the truth (Qur’an 41:53).
Therefore, according to those verses in the book
of Deuteronomy quoted above, Qur’an is the last
and final word of God because of its speaking in
the name of God and the fulfillment of its general
and special miraculous prophecies. But If you
think that I am only lying about my own personal
experience I narrated above and that the author
of Qur’an was only impersonating God, then wait
for the day you are going to die and meet the
reality of this very verse; And whoever will not
listen to my words that the prophet shall speak in
My name, I Myself will call him into account
(Deuteronomy 18:19).

Op , I used to believe the Quran was the words of God like you , but not again because it is not God's book but that of the devil.
There are so many facts to this but not until you pray and , be neutral and allow God to guide you , the satanic veil will not be removed from your eyes.

The devil is a deceiver , he has been doing this since the time of Adam and Eve. The devil is not stupid , he knows what he is doing and you and all the Muslims in the world are in his cage.

As regards your experience , the idol worshippers do experience the same shaking and even much more than that.
What about some fake prophets , they do experience such.
What happened to you was transference of spirit into your body and that spirit is the spirit of Islam . You will need long prayers to get the demon out of you , that is the truth.

The Deuteronomy you quoted is a genuine reason to know Islam is a false religion :

Deuteronomy 18:18-20 KJV
I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
[19] And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
[20] But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

The twelve children of Jacobs are the ones the Bible always referes to as "brethren".
Secondly , the name of god of Islam is "Allah" which God had warned the Israelites about .They had been warned not to use any name other than "Jehovah" which God gave to Moses as His name. That was why the Israelites did not accept Islam because the name "Allah" had been used by the idol worshippers hundreds of years b4 Muhammad came.

Finally , read this :
Acts 3:20-26 KJV
And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
[21] Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
[22] For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
[23] And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. [24] Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
[25] Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
[26] Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

Allah is a name of a god in Arab just like Allat is a name of a goddess .

Those who are endowed with wisdom know that Christianity is false because of the doctrine of sin atonement through Jesus crucifixion. Both the begining and the end of this very doctrine is illogical and unreasonable. Let see the begining: how could an innocent and beloved prophet of God be under the curse(Galatians 3:13) of the same God for the sins he has never committed? Dont you see the contradiction inherent in this very doctrine; An innocent and beloved son under the curse of his merciful and omnipotent father. Again, see the end of this very doctrine: telling the
believers that they will no longer be held
responsible for all their sins since one innocent
man had already been held responsible on their
behalf seems to imply that they are now free to
commit sins as long as they believe in this
atonement sacrifice. Whereas telling the believers
that, except they repent sincerely by turning from
their sinful ways, they themselves will be held
responsible for their sins would make them think
twice before committing any sin. Of course the
latter is more logical and reasonable than the
former. In fact, the resurrection of Jesus make
this sin atonement doctrine to be even more
illogical because if the punishment which Jesus
received in place of the sinners is a continuous
one and not temporary, then this can make the
sinful believers to feel sorry for Jesus and become
more remorseful. This may discourage them from
committing more sin. But since according to the
Christians, Jesus had been resurrected and the
punishment received by Jesus in place of the
sinners had already ended, then there is no any
cause for alarm if the sinful believers in this
doctrine seized this opportunity to commit more
sins. In fact, one would expect the sinful believers
to utilize and maximize this opportunity by
committing more sins since the punishment for
those sins had already been accomplished by
Jesus on the cross in the time past. Have you
now seen that atonement of sins through Jesus
crucifixion is the most illogical concept you can
ever think of! Therefore, no amount of Bible quotations can change this illogical and unreasonable doctrine to a better one. Yet this atonement doctrine through Jesus crucifixion is the very foundation upon which the edifice of Christianity is erected.

Now you are telling me that idol worshippers and fake prophets also have the same experience. Please show me the book that these idol worshippers and fake prophets claimed to be a revelation from God. It is not this shaking experience that is important to me. Don't you know that the devil and his agents give prophecies?
The Babalawos of the Yoruba people of Nigeria do give prophecies and also see visions.
In the book of shakepare , Macbeth , the 3 witches characters gave prophecies and they all came to pass , according to the storyline.

The devil can tell you all about you and what shall become of your tomorrow and it will be so , if you don't cancel it by the name of Jesus.
So therefore , it is not about prophecies being fulfilled but about the source of the prophecy . There are so many agents of darkness or agents of the devil that can tell you things about your futures. Our forefathers used to enquire about the stars and what shall become of their newly born children from the idol worshippers and those things do come to pass.

How and when does Allah become the name of God of Israel?

Ask yourself , if the problem is that the Bible is corrupt , which is not , why are the ways the muslims worship God so different from that of the Christians and the Jews but the same with those of pre-Islamic idol worshippers?

Also , why was Ishmael sent away by his father Abraham if God had plan to save the world through him?

Genesis 17:18-21 KJV
And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee!
[19] And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.
[20] And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.
[21] But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.

This was written about 2,000 years b4 there was any religion call Islam.

Jesus said :

John 4:22-24 KJV
Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
[23] But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
[24] God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

The original is always b4 the fake , believe me , Islam is fake.
Even according to hadith, if you die , you are going to hell.

You may not agree, but pls , pray for God to show you and the truth . The devil is not foolish , he knows how to make fake look like original and original like fake . That is why you need to pray.

You are partially correct . The question is why did Abraham not ask God what the offense of Isaac was since he was innocent?

The real revelation of the test was that it was an allegory of what God was about to do to save mankind.

Abraham was called the father of faith . He paved way for our salvation . If Abraham who loved his son so much was ready to sacrifice his son for God , why would God withhold his son from coming to die for our sins ?

Romans 8:31-32 KJV
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
[32] He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

you are in great error my brother.let me explain the christian attainment doctrine to you in a simplified manner.God created man perfect and without sin.But when the first man Adam committed sin in the garden of Eden, sin came into the word. How is that possible for sin to come into the world by the action of Adam?.I will explain that to you using HIV virus .Assume you contact HIV virus today through sex,you will end up transferring this virus to your children once you get married and start having children.Your children will also transfer the virus to their children and this goes on and on for subsequent generations .You will come to realize that every child that descended from you in generation to come will be HIV positive because Their forefathers contacted HIV virus .This children are not HIV positive because the committed sin of fornication. It wasn't their fault, but rather the singular fault of their forefather(you) who contacted the virus that got transfer through blood line down to them.I hope you are getting the picture now ?.So when the first man(Adam) on earth sinned in the garden of eden,This sin which is like virus gets transferred to who ever that is descendant of Adam. This mean that every person born in this world is born with an element of sin inside of them as a result of the sin of Adam. just like HIV virus gets transferred to offspring .So every human is born with a fallen or sinful nature.Just like a day old baby can be HIV positive if the parent are HIV positive. This baby did not commit fornication or sin ,yet he/she is HIV positive as a result of the sin of the parents.or as a result of the virus in the parent blood .So sin is like a virus .Every body here on earth today came from the first man Adam.So we are all born with sin inside of us as a result of What Adam did .This made God so sad because it wasn't the plan of God for people to be born with sin the did not commit. This is where atonement of sin by Jesus came into play .In order to fix this problem,God then decided to send his son Jesus Christ into the world as human being .Jesus lived a sinless and holy life while on earth. He was conceived in the womb without a physical father. So the sin of Adam was not transferred into him like everyone else born into this world. He was like the first man Adam who also did not have a physical father. So Jesus was like a second Adam.By so being,he took upon himself the sin committed by the first man Adam.Jesus took upon himself the sin of Adam and then transfer his holiness to us .what does that means ?. it means that no one will be born into the world again with the sin of Adam inside of them as long as the believe that Jesus have taken away the sin of Adam on their behalf. The atonement that Jesus did was to take away the sin of the first man Adam from humankind and then give us a new fresh start .So when some one accept Jesus and became born again,Jesus steps in and cleans away the sin of Adam from that person and then transfer his holiness into us .We can then take it up from there and start living a holy life .So the atonement of Jesus is not to give us permission to keep sinning as you wrongly said, but rather to cleans us from the the fallen nature of sin that we were all born with as a result of the sin of Adam .

Baba alawo of yoruba people may give prophecies which might come true. But do they have a book like Quran which speak in the name of God of Israel. Please read those verses of Quran I qouted in my original post again and again. Do they resemble the word of gods of Baba alawo in yoruba land. What sort of comparison are you making. You are yet to get my point. Let me repeat my self. I believe in Quran as the word of God because 1. it speaks in the name of God of Israel and 2. All its prophecies were fulfilled . These are two conditions that must be met before a book can be regarded as the actual word of God according to Deut 18:19-22. The concept of original sin is something invented by Paul. The children cannot inherit the sins of the father . See what God almighty declare in the book of Ezekiel;14. But suppose this son has a son who sees all
the sins his father commits, and though he sees
them, he does not do such things:
15
“He does not eat at the mountain shrines
or look to the idols of Israel.
He does not defile his neighbor’s wife.
16
He does not oppress anyone
or require a pledge for a loan.
He does not commit robbery
but gives his food to the hungry
and provides clothing for the Unclad.
17
He withholds his hand from mistreating the poor
and takes no interest or profit from them.
He keeps my laws and follows my decrees.
He will not die for his father’s sin; he will surely
live. 18 But his father will die for his own sin,
because he practiced extortion, robbed his brother
and did what was wrong among his people.
19 “Yet you ask, ‘Why does the son not share the
guilt of his father?’ Since the son has done what
is just and right and has been careful to keep all
my decrees, he will surely live. 20 The one who
sins is the one who will die. The child will not
share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent
share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of
the righteous will be credited to them, and the
wickedness of the wicked will be charged against
them.(Ezekiel 18:14-20)

In fact, the doctrine of sin atonement through Jesus crucifixion is not neccessary. Let me explain my point. If this sin atonement throughJesus crucifixion is really true, then there are only two ways we can explain it. It is either this atonement make us have acess to God' s forgiveness for our committed sins OR this atonement remove the sinful nature the Christians believe we inherit from first Adam. Now see what the Bible says about these two issues: Before the arrival of Jesus Christ, God has been forgiving the sins committed by the people through sincere repentance: 2nd Chronicles 7:14, God Almighty says “If My people, who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will FORGIVE THEIR SINS and will heal their land.”. Again in Isaiah 55:7, God Almighty declares; let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thought. Let them turn to the LORD; He will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will FREELY PARDON. Furthermore, in Ezekiel 33: 10-16, God says; “Son of man, say to the Israelites; this is what you are saying: our offenses and sins weigh us down, and we are wasting away because of them. How then can we live? Say to them: as surely as I live declares the sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel? Therefore, son of man say to your people… if someone, one who is wicked, REPENTS, that person’s former wickedness will not bring condemnation… And if I say to the wicked person, you will surely die, but they then turn from their sins and do what is just and right…follow the decree that gives life, and do no evil--that person will surely live: they will not die. NONE OF THE SINS that person has committed will be remembered against them. They have done what is just and right; they will surely live”. Again sin atonement through Jesus crucifixion cannot remove our sinful nature because nobody can be completely free from commiting minor sins; If we say that we have no sin,we decieve ourselves, and the truth is not in us( 1 John 1:cool

Two other questions for you:
1. In what way was Mohamed a prophet like Moses?
2. Was Mohamed an Israelite from among whom this portion CLEARLY STATES that the prophet will be from?

Which point are you trying to raise? That Allah is not Jehovah? Pls try to get a Bible translated in Arabic language. You will discover that there is no other name they used for God except Allah. Since God is the originator and creator of all languages, there is nothing wrong if God use Allah for himself in Quran because there is no any other name that Arabians used for God other than Allah. What you suppose to do is to investigate whether the description and identity given to Allah in Quran actually tallies with that of God the Jehovah. Reading those verses of Quran qouted in my original post is enough to convince you that description and identity of the author tallies perfectly with that of God the Jehovah

The prophecy in Deut 18 does not say from israelites. It says "from among their brethren" I:e the brethren of Israelites. Of course the brethren of Israelites is Arabs; see Galatians 4:22-25. Prophet Muhammad is like Moses in many ways: Both are born in natural way unlike Jesus who has no human father. Both were given a code of ceremonial law. Both fight battles with their enemy and won. Both married with children unlike Jesus which remain bachelor throughout his life

You don't know anything about the Bible , Paul did not invent Christianity .
Acts 2:36-41 KJV
Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
[37] Now when they heard this , they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
[38] Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
[39] For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
[40] And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
[41] Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

THAT WAS PETER PREACHING ABOUT ORIGINAL SIN AND SALVATION THROUGH JESUS CHRIST .

THE QURAN IS NOT THE WORD OF GOD BUT WORDS OF MUHAMMAD.

Allah SWT says:

"And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of them do not know."
(QS. An-Nahl: Verse 101)

WHY EDITTING ?
Volume 7, Book 62, Number 48:

Narrated Hisham's father:

Khaula bint Hakim was one of those ladies who presented themselves to the Prophet for marriage. 'Aisha said, "Doesn't a lady feel ashamed for presenting herself to a man?" But when the Verse: "(O Muhammad) You may postpone (the turn of) any of them (your wives) that you please,' (33.51) was revealed, " 'Aisha said, 'O Allah's Apostle! I do not see, but, that your Lord hurries in pleasing you.' "

Aisha could sense something was wrong. Muhammad used to come up with surahs to have his ways :

Allah SWT says:

"And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, "Keep your wife and fear Allah," while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah has more right that you fear Him. So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. And ever is the command of Allah accomplished."
(QS. Al-Ahzaab: Verse 37)

From the above , Muhammad googled another surah to justify why he did that shameless thing .

What about this below ?

Allah SWT says:

"O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But Allah is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of Allah or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of Allah an enormity."
(QS. Al-Ahzaab: Verse 53)

How does the above benefit you ? That above is not God's word but of Muhammad.

The Quran is in the name of Allah and not in the name of God of Israel "Jehovah ".

1. To follow your line of argument:
David was born in natural way.
David fought his enemies and won.
David married and had children.

So, what is UNIQUE to a prophet that Moses had and Mohamed also had?

Are we to ASSUME (based on your 'logic') that ANYWHERE we see the word "brethren" in the Bible we should take it as referring to Arabs and disregard its immediate context?

2. Jehovah, when talking to the Israelites CLEARLY distinguished between them and EVERY OTHER peoples. So, it will be out of place here for the same God to tell them that he raise a prophet for them from a DIFFERENT PEOPLE - non-Israelites.

3. Look at this CLEAR WARNING which JEHOVAH gave to Israel some verses before the one you quoted:
"Be sure to appoint over you a king the LORD your God chooses. He must be from among your fellow Israelites. Do not place a foreigner over you, one who is not an Israelite." Deuteronomy 17:15

Can it be clearer than this?

Will the same God who clearly separated Israel from other nations and told them here not to appoint a person who is NOT an Israelite over then now promise them an Arab prophet?

4. The New Testament and Jesus himself claimed he was the prophet Moses talked about - John 7:40; Luke 13:33; Acts 3: 20, 23-24.
You claim it is Mohamed.
Who do you think is wrong?

5. Mohamed spoke in the name of other God's - Q 53:19-20.
This is something Deuteronomy 18 talked against.

Mohamed fabricated things against God - Al-Tabari 6:111.
Again this is frowned at in Deuteronomy.

And you still want to claim that he fits into the prophet of this passage?

Moses was not son of God, neither he was
human and god at the same time like Jesus is
claimed by Christians to be. Moses got married
and died a natural death. He fought the Holy war.
Contrary to that Jesus never fought the Holy war,
never led an army . Jesus never got
married, didn’t have children and didn’t die
natural death and never got buried like Moses.
Jesus according to Christians died on the cross
and rose again after three days, while Moses
didn’t die on the cross neither rose again. So in what way that Jesus is like Moses

The Ishmaelites are not brethren to the Israelites.

Exodus 2:10-11 KJV
And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh's daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, Because I drew him out of the water.
[11] And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out unto his BRETHREN, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his BRETHREN.

ISRAELITES ARE THE CHILDREN OF JACOB , THE TWELVE BROTHERS.

ISHMAEL WAS A BRETHREN OF ISAAC AND NOT JACOB. JACOB WAS THE SON OF ISAAC.
THE BIBLE USES BROTHREN WHERE THERE IS A COMMON FATHER BETWEEN TWO OR MORE PERSONS.

THE FATHER OF THE ARABS WAS ISHMAEL .
THE FATHER OF THE ISRAELITES WAS JACOB\ ISRAEL.

THE CHILDREN OF ESAU CALLED EDOMITES ARE STILL CLOSER BRETHREN THAN THE ISHMAELITE. THEY HAD THE SAME FATHER.

The book( Bible) you are referring to belongs to the Israelites , why did Allah not give the Arabs revelation ( book like Quran ) about the coming of Muhammad earlier b4 Muhammad came?
Was Muhammad an Israelite ? If he was not , how can you call him a brother to the Israelites more than Jesus who was an Israelite ?

Why did God ask Abraham to send Ishmael away if God had a plan of salvation through him for the world?

Children were killed when God called Moses and the same was with Jesus.

WHY WAS THERE A NEED FOR ANOTHER PROPHET AFTER MOSES ? WHAT WAS THERE TO ACCOMPLISH THAT GOD COULD NOT DO THROUGH MOSES ?

MUHAMMAD WAS A FALSE PROPHET .

"Be sure to appoint over you a king the LORD your God chooses. He must be from among your fellow Israelites.Do not place a foreigner over you, one who is not an Israelite." Deuteronomy 17:15

Re: What The Bible Says About The Qur'an by Abdulgaffar22: 12:23pm On Jun 02, 2018
The verse Deuteronomy 17:15 you qouted above is irrelevant to what we are discussing. God warned the Israelite not to appoint for themselves a foreigner as a king. What we are discussing is about a prophet which God will send to them. Besides, have you not read it in the Bible that kingdom of God will be taken away from the Jews and be given to another nation. Therefore, even if we assume you are correct, then the era in which the Jews cannot have a foreigner as a king or a prophet over them has gone. Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in
the Scriptures:
“‘The stone the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone;
the Lord has done this,
and it is marvelous in our eyes’[ h]?
“Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God
will be taken away from you and given to a
nation who will produce its fruit. Anyone who
falls on this stone will be broken to pieces;
anyone on whom it falls will be crushed.(Matthew 21:42-44) . The stone that builders rejected is the ishmaelites and now they are the cornerstone. This is the reason why Islamic nation survives till today despite the many battles it fought with its enemy

When was Muhammad rejected?

Jesus is the corner stone which the pharisees rejected.

There are more Muslims and Jews in Jerusalem than christians , followers of Jesus whom the Pharisees rejected. But in other countries Christianity is more pronounced and Jesus Christ glorified more that in Israel according to the prophecy of Jesus Christ.

Read :

Matthew 16:15-20 KJV
He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
[16] And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
[17] And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
[18] And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
[19] And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
[20] Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.

Muslims don't worship God in the church but Mosque.
Islam is a fake.

Why can't you get records from your Quran to support your religion?
Why twisting the Bible to support your religion and at the same time saying or calling it a corrupt Book?

Everything you read in the Bible is for the Jews and the Christians and not for a satanic religion like Islam.

Original is always before the fake. The Bible is the original because it came first and the Quran is a fake , that is why you have to go to be Bible to support Islam because the Quran is a fake and must be supported with "hearsays " ( Hadith ) from people .

Abdugarfar, If you must quote and use the Bible then integrity demands that you should do so rightly and sincerely.

You have TWISTED things here. You're trying to "force" Bible verses into your Islamic world view. The creator of Islam and his followers tried this for hundreds of years but have yet to succeed.

Moslems keep forgetting to obey the simple instructions in the quran to always go to Christians for clarification on things. I wonder why.

1. Deuteronomy 17:15 IS RELEVANT because it would not make sense for JEHOVAH to tell them clearly that they must not have a foreigner over them as king and then have them bring in a foreigner as prophet. Both of them - king & prophet - are to work hand in hand to fulfil God's covenant for Israel.

2. The Bible expressly tells us the meaning of "the stone the builders rejected".

The stone that builders rejected IS NOT ishmaelites. That is your own concoction.

The Bible gives the meaning here:
"Jesus is

“‘the stone you builders rejected,
which has become the cornerstone.’

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Acts 4: 11-12.

So, again, you're WRONG!

If you read carefully; " “Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of
God
will be taken away from you and given
to a
nation who will produce its fruit. Anyone
who
falls on this stone will be broken to
pieces;" You will understand that the stone refers to " a nation" mention in the previous verse. It is not refering to an individual like Jesus or Muhammad. That is why it must be Arab nation li:e the Ishmaelites. All the previous prophets of God are from Israelites in fulfilment of promise made to Abraham as regard to Isaac. So Ishmaelites has been neglected for many years. Therefore in order the fulfil the promise made to Abraham as regard to Ishmael in Genesis 17:20 God now decided to make the last prophet from the children of Ishmael the Arabs. So they are the rejected stone which now become the corner stone. All the enemies that faced them were broken to pieces in the battle fields.

You don't understand the Galatian 3:13-14 you are quoting .

Galatians 3:13-14 KJV
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
[14] That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

A cursed man cannot remove the curse on another man . He is not in the position since he is cursed as well , but a blessed man can remove the curse and will still remain a blessed man.

For example :

If a rich man paid the debt of a debtor , does that make him a debtor ? NO .

The Bible says in :

Proverbs 22:7 KJV
The rich ruleth over the poor, and the BORROWER is SERVANT to the lender.

If a rich man pays the debt owed by Mr A , does that make the Rich man a servant to the lender ? No.

The death of Jesus Christ on the cross is to cancel the curse of death God placed on Abraham which every human being inherited. That curse was "thou shall die " . Jesus Christ died and paid for that death with his precious blood that we might live.
This is the first death , death of the flesh.

The second death is the death of the spirit . Since Jesus was able to rise from the dead on the 3rd day , everyone who believes him and lives a holy life will not die the second death.
Then , man shall be restored to the original plan of God for Adam and everyone to live and not die.

Revelation 21:4 KJV
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

If you miss the great opportunity , ....... I don't pray for you to miss it , in Jesus name.

Stop seeing this as argument , this is about life and death. Life or death for eternity.
