There was a thread here recently saying that due to recent NCC regulations, mtn zain and etisalat have stopped sending text messages to customers asking them to send messages to win money. It seems the same regulation has stopped ZAIN JOLI as I checked my balance and didnt see the zain joli stuff. Can it be that NCC has forced zain to abolish zain joli which was forced on some unsuspecting subscribers like me?
