Everyone has or will experience life in black and white, sometimes everything might seem so colorful and rosy that we totally forget the other side of life which is black and white. Our reaction to this black and white moment matters a lot, people forget that it’s just a phase that will eventually end therefore they do things that might not be remedied like committing suicide, getting addicted, hurting themselves even locking themselves out of the world hence when this phase tends to be over becoming normal again will seem difficult or even impossible.

This phase comes in different ways into our lives some of which include

Losing someone we love
Getting into debt
Relationship issues and breakups
Losing part of our body
Career issues and so much more

Despite the fact that they come in different ways, getting out of our black and white phase complete and even stronger is somehow similar

Always plan for the future, have long and short term goals and do not back out when things seem to get tough.
Take actions, don’t just sit there and brood about something that has happened, get up and take action, seek help on how to solve your problems.
Choose and build healthy relationship, your relationship with people matters a lot because the relationship you built will be there to pick you up and encourage you when you feel down.
