The players are said to have an agreement that the goalkeeper would go down whenever the time comes to break the fast - so they can get a moment to drink some water and get something to eat.

It is also claimed that the goalkeeper has water and food brought to him by the medic crew as the team performance changes after this with the players becoming more energetic.
