Please i need help on opening a paypal account so i can transact business easily online. I tries opening but i noticed that Nigeria was not listed as one of the countries where paypal services is being. Any one with idea on how to get around this should help.

You only open paypal by using a foreign ip.

I know but how do i fund the paypal account after opening with a foreign ip? do u know about virtual credit card? how do i fund this card?

i advise you use graphcard. They are the best.

Forget that whole talk about using a US Proxy or registering as a resident of an approved African nation, you'd only be asking for your acct to be frozen. I have researched on verifying a PayPal account and have come to the conclusion that there are only two ways of verification.
