Job Title:

Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager

Job objective(s)

To analyze key problems and pain points, document functional and non-functional requirements and recommend the most optimal solution to business needs and support the implementation process.





Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze and document requirements for project implementation in the Bank including change management documentation, SLA/OLA etc.

Assess efficiency of bank’s processes to identify areas of improvement.

Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from end users and relevant stakeholders on the specifications.

Provide the link between the end users, development team and any third party regarding applications or software functionality throughout the development lifecycle

Support business teams to develop business cases on tangible and intangible benefits.

Perform cost benefit analysis on all projects.

Document metrics for measuring benefits and its monetary value for tangible benefits

Monitor, evaluate and report benefits as the project progresses.

Document requirements for effective post-implementation and post-investment reviews

Support and manage software development project implementation throughout the life cycle.

Assist in developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Track project milestones and deliverables.

Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Conduct project post implementation and benefit realization reviews and create a recommendation report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor(s) or Management.









Minimum Experience Level

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Systems Analysis in an environment with high Project Management Maturity.
