Job Title: Marketing Business (Systems Solutions Support)

Location: Lagos

Purpose Statement: Marketing Business Systems is engaged in ‘business processes’ and ‘analysis & reports’ defining / creating.

Responsibilities not limited to:

System Support:
• Ensure that all cycle activities and relevant information are properly set into the route to Market Systems (new competitors, new suppliers, new outlet types).
• Responsible for maintaining the back-end database and reporting.
• Manage the inventory of the marketing digital resources already deployed in-field and in the warehouse.
• Maintain a database of issues log, escalating and reviewing with the Business Administrator on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all relevant data are of highest quality to enable: − effective management of Field Force, − required product coverage and distribution, − merchandising management, − etc.

Context/Environment:
• The System Support needs to maintain very close co-operation with the Route to Market Systems Manager and the Overall Digital Business Solutions Team.
• The System Support will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the Web Client.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Education
• University Degree in Business, Business Information, Computer Science or any analytic related studies.
• 2-5 Years’ experience in similar field.
• Business Knowledg.
• Good understanding of the Marketing business processes.
• Good analytical skills.
Technical skills
• This role requires proficiency in computer knowledge. Advanced skills in MS Office tools. (Excel and PPT specifically)
