Don't think you're right about the rescheduling, I think they only mentioned it will be possible to change your venue, not reschedule your test date. They also mentioned the tests will be taking place at the same time at the three locations, Abj, lag n ph.

I think you should call to confirm if your card would be valid, before hand. I've been to exams where temporary slips were rejected.

Temporary national ID will be accepted. I used same about a month ago when I did a test with dem.

The online test was probably used to separate the wheat from the chaff. Perhaps, it's main intent was to highlight and eliminate those taking this opportunity with levity hands before inviting the serious ones for the proper test

I'll advice you to stop buying anything to prepare, just focus on how fast you can answer questions, and you can actually do this by trying it with online platforms like Jobsguru and Co
