Information reaching Nigerian Pilot has it that the rescheduled local government elections in Kaduna State slated for today has been disrupted by tugs believed to be working for Governor Nasir el-Rufai.

A source informed Nigerian Pilot that while voting processes were expected to commence, tugs led by member representing Chikun state constituency in Kaduna State House of Assembly, Hon. Mark Yari allegedly carted away voting materials for two wards of Kakau and Kujama at the Chikun Local Government secretariat.
