Nigerians Will Be In Bondage If APC Wins Again – Archbishop Chukwuma by OrientDailyNews: 9:13am On Jun 06, 2018
By Phil Okose Onitsha
Dissatisfied with the incessant killings, violence and economic hardship being experienced in the leadership of All Progressives Congress, the APC-led federal government, FG, the Archbishop of Enugu Anglican Diocese, Most Rev. Emmanuel O. Chukwuma, said that more Nigerians would be killed and plunged into bondage if the same government remained in power come 2019.

Fielding questions from newsmen during the consecration of four Bishops at Onitsha, Anambra state last Sunday by the Archbishop, Metropolitan and Primate of All Nigeria, Most Rev. Nicholas D. Okoh, Chukwuma admitted that the APC-led FG scored 60 per cent in the infrastructural development of the country.

“But security is zero, there are more killings in this government; there are more fighting; there are more insults; there are more violence; more unemployment and it does not augur well for a nation like that. A democratic growing nation without security is absolute rascality. It is no more a party system now in APC; they have all outlived their relevance. What we are saying is ‘who is going to lead this country again?’ because in the APC-led FG, there will be more killings and economic hardship”.
According to him, Nigerians need someone with acumen and pedigree in performance and not one who will feed on politics. He said, “Politics is not employment, it is service, a time to serve and not to be served. APC has disappointed because they said they are going to change.

When APC came in, we know how much we are exchanging dollar, we know how much things were, we know how much we were buying rice, galloping inflation is the government of APC and, right now, there is a lot of deceit, the cabal around them are not ready to perform and that is why we are saying they should leave and go and rest in their Daura residence”.

“Their continued pushing the president to contest the 2019 presidential election is putting the country in perpetual bondage. It does not augur well. People are tired and if they continue in 2019, we shall say good-bye. I am not interested in any party. I am not for any party; I am interested in the personality, pedigree of whoever will rule Nigeria. He must have a good foundation of peace, a good economic buoyancy, employment, equity and justice to prevail in Nigeria. Apart from that, this government has not done well at all,” he stated.

On the Not-too-young-to-run bill, Archbishop Chukwuma described it as a welcome idea saying, “but we are waiting for its domestication. It is not enough to pass it without empowerment.

The youths should be empowered and giving opportunity to really participate, the President Buhari‘s saying that the youths will not participate in 2019 general election is not acceptable, once the bill is passed and signed with the percentage they are asking for, they should be given that opportunity in political parties or, if not, let them form a political party because, right now, we are tired of the ancient, the new breed has new things and ideas to offer; the old breed are analogue and have expired and they should know it is time for them to give way for the youths”.

“Five years ago they said the youths were leaders of tomorrow and today those who said it have changed. Is it when the youths turn to old breed that they will be leaders of tomorrow? When the bones are in the graves. The elders are still analogue and some of the elders cannot even send text messages. The elders should act as consultants and give advice” he stated.

Dear Fake Bishop

Seek ye first the kingdom of God , not Politics of Dollars

Mostly try to remove yourself from your bondage before telling other people how to get out of a bondage

What does one expect from all this shameless Igbos who their forefathers orchestrated the first military coup against a democratically elected government of Nigeria. What else can be expected from them.
