If the defense minister cannot pin-point one provision of the anti-grazing law that is deficient,
he should forever keep quiet about his
inappropriate statement that the anti-grazing
law that was enacted (through the right law-making process) should be "suspended"
as in the first place, laws do not get made or suspended on the whims or wishes of men, in Nigeria.
They get made, modified or rescinded through the law-making process.
