This is one of tge marvels of the Treasury Single Account (TSA) conceived and implemented by the Jonathan's government.

I need people to really understand this.
Before TSA, Jamb was not remitting to CBN directly rather they had dozen bank accounts in commercial banks.

They were remitting and spending from these bank account as budgeted. It's only when there's an excess inflow against budgeted that they remit the balance to CBN.

In the era of TSA, every penny Jamb receives passes through CBN first.

Its still from this reported N8 billion that Jamb is going to make their expenses. At the end of the day, there might be nothing left in the account.

Reporting this face value is just plain propaganda as this doesn't depict the full picture in any way.
