I USE SPECTRANET ALREADY AND HOPE TO DUMP IT ONCE IT EXPIRES. THE SERVICE HAS GRADUALLY DETERIORATED IN PORT HARCOURT OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN USING IT. I SENT A MAIL TO SPECTRANET OF MY PLANS AND GOT NO RESPONSE

Pls don't just rely on sending a mail walk into any of our offices and complain am sure there will be a solution or answer to dat am soon so sorry about it.
U knw here in Nigeria running an ISP is soon challenging what with lack of power supply and security but in all Spectranet has tried in areas where we have coverage to minimize complaints from customers
