Amount required for this category is N500K each.
Interested Investors in this category will be grouped with 3 other Investors in the group, 4 Investors are need to make a group with N500K capital down lay to make up to N2.0Million which enable the group to be attached to a 4 seater TATA bus in a our fleet.

PROFIT SHARING; Every Investor in this category with a minimum of N500K investment is entilted to a 25% profit sharing on the Net profit declared for the bus attached to the group for 1 year.

Statement of Affairs of the bus will be published to all investors in this category also monthly.

Expected Inflow monthly: N1.5Million Gross Profit.



CATEGORY C-OUTRIGHT OWNERSHIP OPTION:

FEATURES:

1) Down payment of N3.0million (funds is used to purchase a fairly used Bus for our Partners/Investors in their name)
2) Maintenance & Operations to be fully handled by our company.
3) Profit sharing ratio is 50:50 between Partners/Investors AND our company on a monthly basis.
4) Insurance (comprehensive) and Vehicle registration to be in Partners/Investors name.
5) Expected inflow from ticket sales is within N1.0 Million - N1.5Million monthly. (Net Profit within N300-N500K)
6) Ownership of the Bus is solely for the Partners/Investors.
7) Tenor for the Partnership relationship with our company on this category is One year(1year) period uninterrupted. (Though renewable).
