The only party with rotation arrangement is PDP not APC. 2019 vote out Buhari then 2023 will take care of itself. PdP is the way to go for Nigeria as a whole. Is it a man who heartfully diss igbos as 5percenters that would support igbo presidency when the Tinubu factor is there. Nigeria will not end in 2023 and an igbo man will one day be president!
