Wow! Good news!!

Now let's see if the rumours are true or whether he'll chicken out.

This news is synonymous to "Pocohantas To Stop Cheating".

Politics is different from Romance. You could pass your message without involving the young lady whether the story erred about her is true or not. Your comment doesn't make sense.

As for Atiku, Buhari and other shameless old men that want to rot in the presidential arena should note one day that their strength will wade off.

I agree with you on Atiku, Buhari and all those old fellas. It is time for a new generation of young, resourceful and vibrant leaders to be given a chance to rule the country in 2023 starting with a SE presidency. Deepening the wounds of the past will never lead us to nationhood. 2023 will be the most appropriate time to consolidate on efforts at redressing the wrongs of marginalization. Those who voted for this current administration are attempting to replace them with another set of the same stock. No!!. The blunder has been committed and must be allowed to extinguish itself for us to have a clean start in 2023.

The Southeast is welcome to try for the presidency like all other ethnic groups in Nigeria.

They should be prepared to lobby other groups for support.

Come 2023, no one will be elected only because of their tribe.

If we know what's good for us, we should sweep out this old guard of non functioning kleptomaniacs and vote in someone responsible.

Brilliant and supported.
Am sure the SE will realize this and start early lobbying. 2023 will be the first time the slot falls perfectly on the SE in the power rotation arrangement. Mortgaging such opportunity to another fulani man will be a complete political disaster.

Power rotation must stop. Let the best man win. That's the way to move a nation forward and not a sense of entitlement.

The rotation must go round the full circle. The only region left is the SE and the exact time provisioned by fate and destiny is 2023. The SE shall supply the very best to the country come 2023. We need brains now and not thieves or herders.

That will be after SE 8-years starting 2023 to 2031. Atiku/Donald Duke ticket for 2031.
Re: Breaking: Atiku To Visit USA by Nobody: 9:31am On Jun 14, 2018
Why Atiku? Why not Atiku? The Atiku ‘Duke ticket is the team to beat
Atiku and Duke are two individuals that represent the new Nigeria, one is a seasoned politician, businessmen and former civil servant, the other is an intellectual and also a former governor.
They are the look of the New Nigeria; Clean cut, liberal, intellectual and democratic.
Under the leadership of Atiku/Duke I forsee
1. Nigeria’s GDP surpassing South Africa again
2. Industries coming back to Nigeria
3. Rampaging Fulani milita brought to justice
4. Rogue policemen sacked and arraigned
5. Professionalism of the Police
6. FDI ‘s returning to Nigeria
7. Companies coming back to Nigeria
8. Almajiris in school
9. Human development growth
10. Peace and Security
11. Harmony amongst Nigeria
12. Reconciliation and partial restructuring amongst the various groups
Atiku is
1. Detribalized and a Nigerian’s Nigerian.(His 3 wives are YAoruba, Hausa and Igbo)
2. He liberalized the telecoms sector making Nigeria the go to hub for telecommunication investment in Africa.
3. He and Obasanjo saw the opening up of Nigeria from a Public sector economy to a liberalized economy(think, banking, agro business, building, automobile, Nigeria has Atikiu and Obasanjo to thank for that)
4. He has overseen successful business and is an employer of labour.
Please add your contribution , we have to move away from the APC it can only destroy us and does no one any goog

a vote for Atiku is a vote for
1. Your children having a school. having a job, having a house and having a life when you are too old, or too poor to look after them
2. A vote for Atiku is for people of Benue going back to benue to invest in farms, to build houses and have lives in Benue.
3 . A vote for Atiku is zero IDP Camps, an apology to the Biafrans and compensations to the breeaved from the fulani's genocide(we know money cannot replace life)

It can't go round. We have over 250 different ethnic groups in Nigeria. Multiply 250 by 8years and you get the reason why rotational presidency is silly.

The Igbos produced Nigeria's first president. I think that's good enough. Yorubas have also had only one President. That's also good enough.

When will Ebira, Itshekiri, Urhobo, Angas, Kanuri, Tehl, Mwaghavul, Berom, Tiv, Bini and all the other tribes also produce their own President?

Unless you're saying they are not relevant in Nigeria.

Rotational presidency is based on geopolitical consideration not on ethnic factor. First president was a figure head with virtually no powers. 2023 should be the turn of the SE and should not be challenged by other zones. We should not replace a fulani man with another fulani man. They are simply scheming and brainwashing us in order to grab 12years rule while they couldn't tolerate 10-years of GEJ. They voted in PMB and now they are regretting. Their clamor is an unacceptable clamour for a replacement. The game is on and they have exhausted their reserves, the match must complete it's full time.

You'd have thought Nigerians would have learnt their lesson by now.

A Yoruba was president for 8 years and there was no significant change in development in Yoruba land.

An Ijaw man was president for 6 years yet it took a Fulani man to even initiate the clean up of the oil spillage that has destroyed the habitat of the South-south.

The North has had four democratically elected heads of state from Prime Minister Tafawa Balewa, Alhaji Shehu Shagari, Umaru Yar'Adua, and now Buhari, yet the North is the poorest zone and least educated.

The Southeast produced the first president and has produced numerous Senate presidents, deputy Senate presidents and even vice President yet there's no significant change in the infrastructure of the Southeast.

Instead of clamoring for rotational government while not fight for regional government.

That's the only way Nigeria can develop.

Regional government remains the permanent option but since they won't have and have resisted it, equity must be brought to bear. And please don't count the Zik presidency as an effective one. They created the rotational presidency as a temporary system.

Supported. However, SE presidency is long overdue. The chances of finding a dullard in the SE is very low compared to the N

Now that is very tribalistic and bigoted.

The governors ruling in the Southeast, are they also northerners? Or what exactly has changed in the east since the return of democracy?

It doesn't matter if the man as president didn't function or act well. The truth is the Southeast has produced a PRESIDENT.

Saying that his post was ceremonial is immaterial.

Have the Igbos produced a PRESIDENT? Yes. Let's move on then.

It remains the North Central or Middle belt region to produce President and maybe Northeast.

Hmmm...

The situation in Nigeria can be likened to a man, the owner of a mansion.

He stocks the pantry with different types of foodstuff to the brim and then employs a house help to cook for him.

The house help cooks delicious meals all the time but only scrapes the bottom of the pot for the master if the house.

The master of the house keeps singing the praise of the house help and telling all that will listen how much his housekeeper is trying and taking care of him. Yet all he eats is crumbs and bottom of pot.

That's the best analogy I can use to describe the average Nigerian who says his governor is trying.
