Which Government Agency Is Responsible For Vehicle Adverts Licencing? by Optmus(m): 10:23pm On Jun 13, 2018
Please I created this thread because I want to know the government agency that is responsible for the control and licensing of adverts that is placed on vehicles.

By adverts I mean the adverts that is placed on taxi roof tops with a cone-like plastic. And also the big stickers that is placed at the back of most Keke Napep and buses.

Any help will be so much appreciated.

The only agency in charge of Advertising in the entire Nigeria is Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, APCON. Even Lagos State Signage and Advertsing Agency, LASAA is under APCON

APCON (Advertising Practitioners Council of NIGERIA) does the job. And if the product in question is a NAFDAC regulated product, NAFDAC would also need to regulate the advertising, aside from APCON.

Hope this helps
