It is gathered as the All Progressives Congress (APC) has charged Muslims to continue to be prayerful and live together with others in peace, tolerance and service to humanity.

According to report gathered the party made the call in its Eid-el-Fitri message to Islam faithful issued by Malam Bolaji Abdullahi, its National Publicity Secretary, on Thursday in Abuja.

“With all the love, blessings and peace on this joyous occasion, we wish Muslims and indeed, all Nigerians a happy Eid-el-Fitr.

“May all our good deeds be accepted by Almighty Allah (SWT),” it said.

It advised Muslims to sustain the lessons from Ramadan by remembering and catering for the less-privileged and downtrodden around them as they gathered around family, friends and loved ones for the festivity.
