LOL. A poor attempt to defend the futility of prayer. The notion of 'faith without works is dead' can't be used here because :
1) The super eagles prayed.
2) They trained, prepared and worked out.

So why didn't they succeed. Chicken brained Africans so eager the defend the religion of their colonial slave masters. Croatia prepared, trained and worked out and didn't pray shishi. Mtewwww

Prayer is totally useless when it comes to sport especially football, this is why I laugh when I see Nigerian team or any other gathering to pray before a match, so pastor you ate misusing your prayers in a place where it is 99% not going to be effective!

Pastor, is not about prayer, but about Nigerian government getting it right to prepare for events at the right time. How much training did they gave to their players, only waiting for the sane countries to train their players and Nigeria will wait to reap where they did not sow. The over celebrated jersey is just okay for Nigeria.
