I already said it, that if you can work with her not minding the location. Lemme give you a piece of advice. Try and do whatever you want in lagos as it will be cheaper compared to those states you stated as they also get their materials in lagos. Consider this if only what you intend doing is in bulk quantities.

LOL. That's why we have what we called sample. If you are ready to pay for the quality you want. Then, put your mind at rest as sample can always sort that out before going for bulk. Hope this helps. In business, you need to take risks but calculated ones. All the very best.
