I know I'm in the right place, you guys have the answers to everything so please help. I would like to know how these icecream bars make their icecreams,not the kind that comes out of a "tap" straight from the machine, but the kind served in scoops from those display cases. Do those cases cool? where can I get the icecream mixes cos I heard they buy it in powder form. How do I get it to be of different flavours? Please help, i love icecream and would like to make that scoopable one. Thank you.
